Get The Splits
Get The Splits are classes in NSW, Australia (The Central Coast & Newcastle), which are focused on learning the four types of standard splits. The four types can also be learned as Advanced Splits, called Oversplits (past a straight line -180 degrees). The 4 standard splits are essentially known as :
1. Right Front
2. Left Front
3. Middle (with the knees faced directly up)
4. Middle (with both knees facing in), which is a slight variation of (3)
Learning each of these will require flexibility in your hip flexor, quads and hamstrings.
